Staff training and culture is crucial to an organisation's security, according to an industry expert.
"It doesn't matter how many locks and keys and devices you put in your network," said Bjoern Watne, chief security officer at Storebrand, at The European Information Security Summit 2016. "As long as the people are doing things wrong, you will have a problem. So I think the first and foremost thing we need to do is educate our users and also our customers."
