Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Summit 2024

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thistle Marble Arch, London

Following the pandemic, many organisations are becoming aware that in times of uncertainty they need to take new approaches to mitigating risks and managing their supply chain. In an increasingly risky and changing world, supply chain leaders need to understand the risks within their supply chains to help their organisation become more resilient.

The Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Summit will take place on the 27th June 2024, and  will focus on the risks to your supply chain, how to mitigate risks and improve resilience within your organisation and your supply chain.

The day will maximise delegate engagement and feature interactive presentations, panel discussions, round tables and workshops. The Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Summit will provide a platform for dialogue and progress, emphasising the importance of sharing experiences and best practice to meet evolving threats.

Delegate passes are priced at £495 per person (excluding VAT).

The questions we will explore

Join us at the Supply Chain Risk & Resilience Summit 2024 where we will look to answer the following questions, and more:

  • How to involve your key suppliers when creating your supply chain assurance process
  • Combating internal skills shortages and digital illiteracy when preparing your supply chains for AI
  • How to choose the right risk-mitigation solution for your organisation’s processes
  • Making the decision to prioritise risk avoidance, risk mitigation or disaster recovery
  • What the risks of unsupervised automation technology has had on the workplace
  • Balancing network risk and operational resilience – what is your organisation’s risk appetite
  • Where might climate intelligence highlight supplier vulnerabilities – and how can you build a climate resilient supply chain
  • Assess and feedback to your suppliers on how effective their cyber-resiliencereally is, and what the risk is to your organisation

During the course of the day, you will also be able to network with your fellow professionals and ask our panel of experts questions during our interactive Q&A and roundtable sessions.

Who will attend?

The Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Summit will bring together the most senior decision-makers with responsibilities for supply chain, procurement and logistics in major enterprises, as well as key stakeholders from government, law enforcement and regulators.
